MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Auburn University at Montgomery baseball player
Kasey Clark has earned Warhawk of the Week honors for his performance this past week against Tuskegee and Mississippi College.
The Pelham, Alabama native had a strong week, batting .526 (10-for-19). Clark added two home runs, a triple, and a double during a 4-0 week for the Warhawks. Clark posted 12 RBIs and scored five runs as well with just one strikeout.
The Warhawk of the Week award is a weekly honor on
AUMathletics.com that is presented to one male or female student-athlete for their athletic achievements from the previous week.
Clark and the rest of the AUM baseball team return to the diamond on Thursday, April 6 to begin a nonconference series against Saint Leo University. The doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday and the single game on Saturday at 1 p.m.
