FROM THE DUGOUT
- "Baseball is a game of adjustments," said head coach Franklin Bush. "We train for the ability to make adjustments pitch to pitch. Tonight it took us five innings to make an adjustment offensively. We gave ourselves a chance late but weren't able to do the small things right. Small things come together into a big result. We are fighting with our consistency. Consistency wins. We will continue to learn from these experiences. We've got another opportunity this weekend at home and we look forward to the challenge."
UP NEXT
- The Warhawks remain at home to take on Mississippi College in a three-game weekend series beginning on Friday night, Feb. 23 at 5 p.m.
