  • Clay Slagle logged five strong innings to notch his third win of the season as the Warhawks took game three from No. 25 Lee 8-2.
  • Slagle allowed one run on five hits and also did not issue a walk for the third start this year. Slagle has walked just six hitters 36.2 innings of work.
  • AUM picked up its sixth win of the season against teams ranked in the Top 25 or receiving votes in the Top 25 of the NCBWA Division II coaches poll. 
  • AUM visits Alabama Huntsville on Tuesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. before they return home to take on Union (Tenn.) University over the weekend.

  • The 17th-ranked Warhawks took game three of the weekend against Lee 8-6 in comeback fashion behind four home runs.
  • Gia Martin (two), Whitney Wells, and Molly Cobb all homered in the third game of the series to help the Warhawks win their fourth consecutive series.
  • AUM visits Columbus State University on Tuesday, March 19 for a doubleheader before returning home for a three-game weekend series against Union (Tenn.) University.

  • Men's tennis opens the week on Monday, March 18 at noon against Ouachita Baptist University.
  • The Warhawk women's team split a pair of matches over spring break against nationally ranked opponents. AUM knocked off No. 3 Saint Leo University before falling to No. 2 Nova Southeastern.
  • On Saturday, March 23 at 11 a.m., both teams welcome Mississippi College in Gulf South Conference action.
