MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Senior Kendall McCain of the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks volleyball team has been named Warhawk of the Week as announced by the AUM Athletics Department on Thursday afternoon.
 
WEEK
McCain closed out her collegiate career with a two-match home stand that featured a special Senior Day celebration. She delivered one of her strongest performances of the season against Montevallo, posting 15 kills on a .303 hitting percentage and recording a career-high five service aces. Her 12 digs rounded out a well-earned double-double.
 
On Senior Day against UAH, McCain added another standout effort with 16 kills, which pushed her past the 1,000 career kills milestone. She is the first player in AUM history to surpass the mark, having already secured the program's career kill record earlier this season. She also contributed 17 digs against the Chargers, securing her 10th double-double of the year.
 
SEASON
As the 2025 season came to a close, McCain emerged as one of just three Warhawks to appear in all 102 sets, continuing her role as a reliable all-around contributor. She finished the year with 338 kills, averaging 3.31 per set, which ranked third in the Gulf South Conference. Her 373.0 total points and 3.66 points per set placed her fourth in the league. Against conference opponents, she led the GSC in both kills and points. McCain also added 23 service aces, 238 digs at 2.33 per set, and 22 blocks, underscoring her impact on both sides of the ball.
