KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery men's soccer team remains the fifth-ranked team in the South Region as released in the latest United Soccer Coaches South Region Poll.
The Warhawks are 8-5-3 overall and closed out Gulf South Conference action 6-3-2. AUM, the No. 5 seed in the GSC tournament, took down the University of Montevallo Falcons 2-0 in the GSC quarterfinal round on Sunday, Oct. 30 to move into the semifinals at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Ala.
AUM plays the tournament's No. 1 seed, the University of West Florida, on Thursday, Nov. 3 at 3:30 p.m.
The Warhawks own a four-game winning streak and a 5-1-2 mark away from home heading into the program's second consecutive GSC semifinal.
The South Region poll features multiple GSC institutions with the University of West Florida at No. 2, Christian Brothers at No. 8, Mississippi College at No. 9, and Lee University at No. 10.
