2023 UNITED SOCCER COACHES ALL-SOUTH REGION TEAM

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Auburn University at Montgomery men's soccer goalkeeper William Blake earned Second Team All-South Region accolades by the United Soccer Coaches.

Blake, a Mobile, Alabama native, earned First Team All-Gulf South Conference honors this season for the Warhawks after leading the conference in goals against average (.723) and save percentage (.823) and also notched D2 CCA First Team All-Region accolades.

The 6-foot-4 senior led the South Region in save percentage and ranked second in the region in goals against average. Blake also ranks Top 25 in NCAA Division II in save percentage (13th), goals against average (16th), and shutouts (25th).

Blake helped AUM to its third consecutive GSC semifinal game and helped lead a defense that held opponents to one goal or less in 15 of its 17 matches on the season.
