MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn Montgomery men's and women's cross country teams will take part in the Coach Gary Wilson Invitational, hosted by the University of West Georgia, on Saturday, Oct. 10.

ABOUT THE WARHAWKS
The men's team posted a third-place finish their last time out at the John "Doc" Anderson Invite in Troy, Ala. on Sept. 26. The Warhawks posted an average time of 27:45 as a team in the 8K. 
 
Seniors Micah Britton and Jacob Russell Lister both logged top-10 finishes in their 2020 season debuts, with Britton finishing seventh with a time of 26:26.92 and Lister finishing eighth with a time of 26:34.52
 
The women's team finished fifth in Troy, led by a 22nd-place finish from Freshman Kyndall Foley with a time of 21:49.74. 
 
Nicole Luther and Phoebe Onkware both also cracked the top 40, with Luther finishing 39th with a time of 23:04.24 and Onkware finishing 40th with a time of 23:18.88
 
Saturday's meet will be the Warhawks' first trip back to Carrollton, Ga. since the 2015 season. Both the men's and women's teams posted a second-place finish at the UWG Wolves Invitational on Sept. 11, 2015.
