Douglas, a four-year starter who helped the Senators to four consecutive NAIA National Tournament appearances from 1997-2001, finished her career as one of just two players to record 1,000 career points and rebounds. The three-time NAIA All-American led AUM to a 119-26 record, a national runner-up finish as a senior, a pair of Elite Eight appearances and a Sweet Sixteen showing. At the time of her induction, Douglas ranked third on AUM's career scoring list with 1,873 points and second in rebounds with 1,042, while holding the school record for field goals made with 767. She also ranked second in games played (139), third in free throws made (327), fourth in steals (241) and eighth in blocked shots (54). A two-time first-team all-conference selection, Douglas also earned First-Team All-Independent Region honors in 1998 and 1999, as well as Kodak Honorable Mention All-America status from the Women's Basketball Coaches Association her final three seasons.
