A career .379 hitter, Zepp posted a .422 batting average as a sophomore en route to First-Team NAIA All-America honors. The average was the sixth best in school history at the time of his induction. He holds the season and career record for walks, while ranking third in runs batted in (146), fourth in hits (209) and runs scored (144), seventh in home runs (20), eighth in triples (7) and 11th in at bats (552) and doubles (30). With his 209 hits, he was one of just six players to collect 200 or more hits at AUM at the time of his induction.
