Hall of Fame
Michael had an outstanding three-year career with the Senators soccer program. He finished his career with 64 goals, 48 assists and 174 points. He was named all-conference two years and was named NAIA Second-Team All-American in 2001 and was a First-Team honoree in 2002. He was named both the conference and region XIII player of the year in 2002. He helped lead AUM to NAIA National Championship matches in 2000 and 2001. In 2002, AUM finished at the Final Four. He is the first player in AUM's history to be drafted into Major League Soccer. In 2003 he was a fourth round draft pick, 37th overall, by the Columbus Crew. He was also the first overall pick in the 2002 United Soccer League by the Syracuse Salty Dogs.
