Frank "Pookie" Wilson set a number of Auburn University at Montgomery records during his outstanding career as a member of the Senator baseball team.  He holds the career records for runs scored (222), hits (286), at-bats (776), doubles (43) and stolen bases (130).  He also set single season records for at-bats (267), runs scored (91), hits (112) and stolen bases (57).  He ranks ninth in career batting average (.376), second in triples (13) and is tied for fifth in walks (61).  He concluded his career by being named to the NAIA Second Team All-American squad.  Despite all of his statistical accomplishments, he is best known for being the hardest working player ever to play baseball for the Senators.  Everything that "Pookie" did in practice or at AUM was "all out".
