Karen Duncan played three seasons for the Auburn University at Montgomery women’s basketball team, where she led the Senators to three NAIA Tournament appearances and a combined record of 86-18. During her senior season, Duncan earned all-region honors after helping the Senators to a 34-4 record and a semifinal appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. An all-district selection as a junior, she finished her career with 1,221 points, a mark which currently ranks sixth in school history. At the time of her induction, Duncan also ranked in the top-10 in career steals (third), field goals made (eighth), assists (ninth) and 3-point field goal percentage (10th). Duncan earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from AUM and at the time of her induction was the head girls’ basketball coach at Walton High School in Marietta, Ga.
